  • 0

The actual Badagry Port design is consisting of a rock breakwater having a primary hydraulic armouring by artificial interlocking concrete units, an underlayer of secondary armour, granular filter layers where applicable and a large amount of quarry run core. CDR was requested to re-evaluate the Badagry Port Development and Breakwater design Feasibility Study on the main components (a) Breakwater Lay-out (b) Sand-Bar Breakwater (c) Mega Geo Tubes.
A Feasibility Study with components a, b, and c as described above, with new designs was carried out. CDR also has held workshops and presentations.
