Upon completion of collection and analysing all relevant data, CDR has carried out the following project scope:

Reclamation Design
Wetlands and Drainage Design
Road and Infrastructure Design Development
Preliminary and Detailed Design of Road and Bridges
Utility Services Design [power, lighting, telecommunications network]
Construction Buildability and Programming

The Ilubirin Mixed Use Development project is within 29 hectares of land located in Lagos Island close to Ikoyi off the Third Mainland Bridge and overlooking the Lagos Lagoon. The area to be developed is the regeneration of an existing partially constructed housing development. CDR is engaged to develop the project site infrastructure from concept through to detailed design and construction. The road network into the site requires to be developed based on AASHTO standards to provide full design, specifications for 3 accesses in and out of the site and a twin span pre-cast post tensioned bridge. CDR preliminary design requires approval by the State and Federal Government. CDR will undertake the primary, secondary, tertiary road layout, junction, traffic signalisation, utility services, drainage, stormwater, sewage networks, power and waste water treatment plants.
