Nigeria – RCF – Dangote Fertilizer Jetty – Layout and Marine Engineering Design Study

Dangote Fertilizer Manufacturing facilities and future expansion plans require a marine interface to import raw materials and to export products to the global market. The present jetty has a dredge depth of ~-8.5m CD and is used for ro-ro cargo. Furthermore, there is no interface for product transfer from manufacturing facilities. Therefore, the Client proposed to expand the port by developing an inner basin behind the sand bar.
